Gingrich does a good job articulating some of these ideas...although he does say that the FED's role should be very narrow...so he still supports central banking but it could be a good start by auditing them and then striping them of most of their powers...
FYI: this is exactly what Paul should be doing for the top 5 issues and have them on his website...but don't hold your breath. The videos are easy to do with a huge impact...you could do them in an afternoon...if Newt can do it, we can do it..
