Though the numbers are not yet as big, one thing I loved last time around was ronpaulgraphs. Anyone know who ran that, and what if anything would be needed to do something similar now?

The FEC went after one of our rpf members for running the Rand Paul version.

The FEC didn't go after anybody. Somebody filed a complaint, and the FEC ruled there was no infraction.

It seems the disagreement is in the term "go after". They still had to deal with the FEC after the complaint was filed. But thanks for providing more info, I couldn't recall how it turned out.
