Granted that Levin isn't a Ron guy but he was one of the few out there trashing Trump when the other hosts would keep talking him up. Also, he's anti-Romney and pro-Bachmann/Palin. His main hangup on us is with his perception of Ron's foreign policy message. He does go out of his way to be a prick but he can be entertaining at times imo. I give him some credit for not being dyed-in-the-wool neocon like Hannity and Rush.

I can't stand people like Levin who resort to name calling, bullying, and shouting down people instead of actually debating them.

Yeah.. Levin is a neocon... he has attacked RP and his supporters BUT

does he know he is starting to sound like Ron Paul? Did you notice him stutter when he said the word LIBERTY.. probly really hurt him to say that..

that tirade he went on about Reagan is exactly what Ron Paul is experiencing.. wonder if he read the same article I did about RP and Reagan and the similarities? The NEOCONS are looking to RP for talking points and how to polish their stance...

this is our time.

This. I heard him the other day put down one of our troops who asked Levin how he could keep trashing Ron Paul despite the fact the majority of the troops support/voted for Paul in '08. The guy couldn't source the poll so Levin kept badgering him. It was pathetic. Why doesn't Levin go sign up for war if he's so keen on sending other people's sons and daughters into war?

Levin's number one priority is war. He attempts to twist anything and everything for that end, even the Constitution that he pays lip service to. In what ways is he different from Hannity?

There are many influences in the neo-conservative universe.

Maybe the reason I view him as less a con than the others I mentioned is because he's willing to call out the GOP leadership when they aren't cutting enough spending and he goes after phony conservatives like Romney and blasted Trump over his political donations when the other hosts wouldn't. Those are just a few of the differences I've heard him have with the other hosts ("his buddies") over the years that I've listened to them all in the respective lineup. Perhaps I listen to too much radio but that has been my impression.

Yeah, my skepticism about Levin is that he is essentially the same as Hannity, but he is trying to "fool" people with his Constitution talk and fiscal conservatism. I didn't listen to him much back during the Bush years. Did he complain abut Medicare Part D back then? How about Bush's over spending from 2000-2007? Did he defend Greenspan and Bernanke before the real estate bubble burst? Did he even acknowledge the real estate bubble (before it burst)?

I have grown tired of all of the new found fiscal conservatives and "Constitutionalists" out there.
