7.Ron and Frank’s bill, if passed, won’t automatically make marijuana totally legal. The State of Texas would need to decriminalize possession, use distribution, etc. as well. Their bill merely gets the Federal Government out of the game. The people of Texas, through their State reps can still decide for themselves whether it should be legal or not within the confines of the State’s borders.
