Well the premise is a fallacy. There is no private property anymore. Have you ever heard of allodial title?

Im stickin up for a cop in one thread and disliking one in the thread. This is the crap that pisses me off but we have to understand that not ALL cops are like this. This is the crap that needs to stop and being happy for another cop getting killed because this jackass is the prick isnt the way to go about it.

What a horrible human being.

If you are implying that I am sub-human for replying to someone willing to take action by calling and speaking his mind, I don't get it. It is obvious, based on your "rep" and # of posts, that you have been a Ron Paul supporter and therefore supporter of libertarianism much longer than myself. As someone who has recently had their privacy and sense of well being completely decimated by local police in an unconstitutional manner, I did not see anything wrong with my post. I do not wish physical harm to anyone. I believe that police should be kept in check by the watchful eyes of the public. Since I obviously offended someone with creditability in these forums, I will try to read more and post less until I can fully understand what this is all about.

What? It was in regards to the officer.

She was giving many warnings. The question is "what is the law?" Does the officer have a right to make the request to go into the home because he doesn't feel safe?" If so, then she clearly didn't follow his order.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Since you quoted me and then posted a, human being in response, I assumed you were implying that I wished harm to this person by pointing out his alleged identity. The primary reason I recently started following Ron Paul recently is due to my perception that our civil liberties are being eroded at an exponential rate. When you quote someone followed by a one-liner response, please consider making it clear who you are referring to.

NO.
He has NO RIGHT to give any orders to people.
His job (allegedly) is to enforce laws., and arrest law breakers.
Not to give orders to anyone. He has NO authority to give orders to free people.

His comfort is irrelevant.

+ rep

He should be sued for trespassing on her private property.

These guys are drunk with the power they've been given. Who do they think they are, giving orders to a person who has done nothing wrong?

You know what? This country is a joke - a sad, pathetic caricature of itself. Land of the Free my ass.

It is the assholes like this that are painting targets on the Uniform.

The entire concept of police needs to be rethought.

Welcome aboard. Great reason to be getting involved because, as we've been seeing more and more lately, our civil liberties are indeed nearly entirely suppressed.
