Ron has been saying this a lot in the last month or so, but other than a general feeling of the landscape, there hasn't been any data to support it... until now.
If you know who Nate Silver is, then you know this could be pretty big for us:

Yikes, but read the comments underneath. Something like 15 statist comments in a row.

Paid commenters, just like last election. They just started yesterday by the look of it. We need to create a grassroots team to come to each article that mentions Ron Paul and counter this.

I could join in on that idea.

I thoughts that was what RPF was.

There's no concerted effort. We need a thread, and people to subscribe to it, and people ONLY post to it when they find the latest article that mentions Ron Paul.

F that. Where do I find the job where I get paid for posting comments on articles?

I don't think they are paid or some other concerted effort. For those of you who don't know who Nate Silver is, he was a handicapper of baseball betting lines to the point that he could beat the bookie. He then took those skils and applied them to predicting political results and proved to be equally proficient at that. He started a political blog, fivethirtyeight.com, which he has apparently worked into a deal with nyt. Anyway, his blog had a huge leftist following, so I'm assuming that's where those comments came from. It's like if you were to post such a article to the audience of the daily kos.
