Caruso, Acting Assistant Director of the Counterterrorism Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, explicitly tied Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda to the Radical Muslim Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) and the terrorist activities in the Kosovo Province of Serbia.
