That lady just learned an important lesson, in the worst way possible.

DO NOT CALL THE POLICE, EVER!! DO NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION FOR ANYTHING!!!!

Not unusual as a country.

If your still calling it one.

P.S. Can't stop wondering if this guy had worked in the past for the Global Offense Department. You know. Our co-opted Defense Department.

Lew Rockwell interviews William Norman Grigg.

Paramilitary police are a relatively recent state invention. They’ve metastasized into a domestic occupation force, enhancing government, institutionalizing injustice, plundering with permission, Tasing with perversion, cloaked in full immunity, and not protecting people. Whatever you do, don’t call 911. As a mundane, your home is no longer your castle.

His partner stated he did XYZ...

"Well, those are allegations..."
"You're innocent until proven guilty..."
"Well, we have due process of law..."
"We do have Civil Rights..."

Thin Blue Line talking scumbag

"I sincerely believe in these good men and women, and I believe that their example epitomizes all that is good about public safety in our communities today," Romley said. Officer Richard Chrisman was also charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and cruelty to animals.

Harris and Romley also released information about Chrisman that placed him on the "Brady" list, named for a court case regarding police officers who had committed acts that called their judgment into question.

I prefer to call that by its original and proper name-the War Department. :p

Cops have no reason to be at your doorstep ever. Sad that people are so used to the government handling shit this lady was actually going to use the cops to discipline her son, well they did.

I have never met a cop I respected, odds are there are plenty out there but I personally have never met one.

Jack Harris is lying through his fucking teeth in that vid! This sort of thing is not at all unusual to the Phoenix PD. Harris is a notorious liar, though.

"Two sides to every story"? What reason would the partner have to lie and accuse the officer of murder?

My reply when i heard "There are two side to every story" is that the other side is fucking DEAD!

As for civil rights? How about the civil rights for the 29 year old that died.

Finally, the mother is stupid for calling the cops.

'twas the doing of the Truman regime (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Security_Act_of_1947). The official reason is a consolidation of the various branches of the military into a single department. However, IMHO, it was a propaganda ploy. ("defense" sounds nicer than "war", doesn't it?)

I'm not a lawyer but when the mother gave permission for the cops to enter her property they wouldn't need a warrant, correct?

Agreed. This story, similar to so many in recent history, makes me see red. I won't say what I really want to say, but I have a new policy of playing a certain NWA song and a certain RAM song several times for everyone around me to hear whenever someone gets executed by the police. I'm glad to see that this is one of those rare instances where the department is not going to cover. I guess they didn't have much choice though.

Correct.

This guy kept his job after:

n 2005, Chrisman was one of four police officers caught on surveillance video planting a drug pipe on a mentally challenged homeless woman as a joke. In the video, Chrisman can be seen placing something in the hand of a police officer who then pretends to take it out of the woman's dress. The woman was not charged with drug offenses.
What kind of effin joke is that?

I can't believe that his partner is actually helping the state; that gives me a little bit of hope.

Why did the mother give the hit team permission to enter? We cannot say this enough... do not call the police unless you want your dog shot, someone you love shot... or at least tazed. These thugs are just getting more and more trigger happy and roid raged.

I can't believe I used to wear the same shield. Back then, this didn't happen... or I didn't hear about it....

I feel the same.

For the love of all that is holy, never call the cops! Unless someone is going to die anyway, I wouldn't call.

Mistake # 1 - The mother called 911.
Mistake # 2 - She gave them permission to go inside. :(

"I sincerely believe in these good men and women, and I believe that their example epitomizes all that is good about public safety in our communities today," Romley said. "But we as citizens put our trust and our lives in their hands, and when one abuses and violates that trust, we must hold them accountable to the community for that breach."

The the bad ones that give the other 5% a bad name.
