What does Bachmann's RLC result say about her ability to organize for the Ames Straw Poll?

Do you guys think she will do as badly in Iowa on Aug. 13th? Since Romney won't be participating, I thought Bachmann was the big competition. How do the results of the RLC change the view of the field?

It's too early to say. She has the potential to do well but she has to be concerned other candidates may cut into her support base. Unlike four years ago, I don't think she has a hammer lock on the Protestant evangelical vote the way Huckabee, a ordained Baptist preacher did.

The rest are the lame attempts by the GOP to ignore that fact.

She will be Very Well Prepared for Ames... lot's of volunteers next door for the trips to Iowa. She's had plenty of visits to Iowa in the past year.

Appears, Rick Perry was very well prepared for the RLC... supporters and game plan well coordinated. MSMedia coverage carrying it too.

She is from Minnesota which is awfully close to Iowa. New Orleans is a lot further. And she has been courting tea parties in Iowa since at least January. So I don't know how well she will do, but I don't think it is comparable to the RLC.

Eric Bolling gives me the dry heaves. Schiff interviewed him on his radio show recently and Bolling embarrassed himself.
