Who knows the PR person for thye Sex Pistols? Here's my plan, when they come out to do their song after Jay talks to Ron Paul, come up to the mic and say:, "We'd like for people to buy our new CD, but we'd really like to hear more from Ron Paul!" This would make history and be a huge media event, giving The Sex Pistols, and Ron Paul more coverage than they could ever get playing their song. We're making history here, be glad to be a part of it.

Yep, endorse Ron Paul just after singing "Anarchy in the U.K." (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4bM_l443VV4)... LOL

I'd be surprised if The Sex Pistols had a "PR" person per se. Usually John Lydon (Johnny Rotten) just acts like a jackass and curses a lot. That's their PR -- no joke.

Have one/all of them wear Ron Paul t-shirts!!!
Is anyone going to be there?
Can someone make this happen?

Best thing to do... get everybody you can to watch. High ratings will say something.

Toward that goal - making this one of Leno's highest rating shows - helps us all.

Copying / downloading an image for flyers may help get out the word for making history tonight - pass out flyers or post in your local coffee shops and delis or around your dorms etc. etc. - wherever in these United States you are.

I wouldn't call them conservative exactly. They're extremely irreverent, anti-establishment, etc. Kind of the opposite of conservative in many ways.

Isn't Ron Paul anti establishment in many ways?

I don't know about the Sex Pistols but I sure feel sorry for Ron having to be in the Green Room with Tom Cruise!

Ratings only go up if people are a "Nielson family".

Ron Paul Nielson folks should be tailoring their weekly TV viewing in support of Ron Paul anyhow.

They have an anti-abortion song. also, look at the time in britain when they came around, the 70s. just before thatcher came in, socialist policies basically KILLED the economy there. anti-establishment are they? yes. they were speaking out against the government.

You underestimate John Lydon

He's a lot smarter than you might think

How do you know how smart I think he is? ;)

All I said was that he has very bad manners, and he swears a lot. These are indisputable facts. I kind of like the guy, actually. :)

They were speaking about everything regarding life in England in the early/mid 1970's and it was pretty shite I an tell you.

Yep! It was socialism wot dunnit!!!

It always is!

The Sex Pistols were very reactionary and terrified the establisment and the middle class at the time. But actually, John Lydon isn't just a fould mouthed yob, he's a clever guy and always good entertainment when interviewed.

I am hoping that Tom Cruise with his Scientology "religion" can relate with Ron and the Federal Government staying out of our personal lives.

I don't consider abortion to be as much of a conservative/liberal as it is a moral issue.

You're right though -- he was definitely anti-establishment at a time when the establishment really, really sucked.
