View Full Version : There is a worldwide Revolution in progress.........

We now see many places around the globe marching and revolting against their leaders. We have all Middle East countries marching protesting and fighting to throw out the leaders.

Then we have Greece, Portugal, Spain, Iceland already revolted, Ireland, I could go on and on. In the U.S. we have states that are starting to take on it's Federal big brother Gov. Like Wisconsin Texas, Arizona

I suspect the collapse of the entire systems that are set up are going to fall to revolution that seems to be global. By the time the 2012 election comes I wonder what things will look like.

For me it is like watching a pot of water boil and we are at the point where you see the bubbles start to rise, not to far after it boils. I don't think we make it to the election before the collapse - time to buy more ammo for me and I hope it is just me and I am paranoid and wrong...

It might take some time, but it's possible that we can start over with a clean economic/political slate. Isn't that what we all want?

Methinks the NEW WORLD ORDER types may get their heads put on pikes in the town square if they're not careful.

Don't forget to buy a good gas mask. This is how i believe control will be implemented. All the ammo in the world won't do much good if you've been 'knocked' out.

That's NOT what I want. I want the United States and the Constitution. Destroy the United Nations.

The "revolutions" in Greece, Portugal, and Wisconsin are for MORE government goodies and MORE handouts. Not a good thing at all. I personally went to Madison twice last spring and the place was filled with nothing but socialist "give me more" clowns.

Correct. These are Socialist Revolutions.

The Socialists are rioting in Greece.

I agree and we are a lot like Greece and most of the country gets some type of Government handout? Scary times for sure! The Revoltution in U.S. may just be those wanting to continue the handouts?

Hope you are wrong but it is my fear also. It will be the same people that caused all the problems saying they can fix them. Most people when hungry and desperate and maybe homeless will want to follow them into this new global government? We all need to be ready to fight this if they try it..

Austerity: (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Austerity)

In economics, austerity is a policy of deficit-cutting, lower spending, and a reduction in the amount of benefits and public services provided. Austerity policies are often used by governments to reduce their deficit spending while sometimes coupled with increases in taxes to pay back creditors to reduce debt.

People are rioting because they're losing their "Free Stuff."

Sometimes when thinking up an answer to the second question, the correct answer will come for the first question.

That was a much better answer. But the point remains, they are not rioting against the free market or freedom. They are rioting because their system of socialism is failing. This is a predictable response, it shouldn't necessarily be seen as a negative.

Right now the Socialists are blaming the Capitalists of being greedy so I would expect something like a Bolshevik Revolution in Greece.

Martin Armstrong has described this turbulent period in the world as the death knell of the socialist model. Hopefully, we have enough freedom fighters in this country willing to repel the federal government as well as the socialist hordes.

I don't think so. Are the austerity measures implementing free market reforms, removing government and regulations? Or are they keeping their current level of enslavement but simply getting less in return?

Except when the conservatives/libertarians hit the streets with heat. When it comes to that, it's all over the socialists. You have to understand that by our very nature, we are reclusive. We are adverse to the tedium and corruption which permeates all government bureaus. That's why the progressives are so successful in stealing power over the years. Their lives entirely revolve around enslaving you in the name of social justice.

Hold on. I heard some of the Greek protesters' reasons for protesting, and many had very legitimate reasons, for example, that the government should starve itself as well. Also, the protesters aren't exclusively left wing; the far-right Party in Greece happens to be supporting them while the government being protested against happens to be the Socialist party.

If these guys actually try for a "one world government" rather than something with less government (barring an Autotarky or Communism, the only worst-case-scenario that I can see), I will eat my own foot. Anyway, the crazy lefties that are out there are commonly composed of regular Anarchists, who are unlikely to go in for one world government.

this i cannot answer. i have not followed it closely.

all of this does make me wonder. in history, besides being changed through use of force (invading foreign army, domestic coup/revolution), when has any government given up any significant amount of power it has gained?? what government would allow itself to be starved (to use One Last Battle's point)??
