This poll was used by the establishment media to trumpet who "won" the debate. The poll that claimed Romney and Bachmann were clear winners:

How do we know they even provided Ron Paul as a choice in their poll among the Republican insiders?

Alejandro "Alex" Castellanos (born 1954) is a U.S. Republican Party political media consultant who specializes in television advertising, and was a top media adviser to Bush Cheney '04 as well as Mitt Romney's presidential campaign.[1][2]

I randomly googled a few more of the guys and they are either RNC big wigs or big time lobbyists.

Disgusting.

I assume these are the same people who got polled not too long ago and it came out with like 80% saying the country is headed in the right direction. I really hate the goddamn propaganda machine.

Yep, I've been googling each one, pretty much all of them are lobbyists, former campaign advisers, lawyers, consultants for Bush, etc. Basically the type of people who want Romney in the white house.

So these 54 insiders are going to decide for America? Why doesn't Ron Paul's campaign make a statement about this poll and explain how it was used on FOX and CNN, to discredit him after the debates. Then show examples of Polls done in the past month which show different, heck even show the MSM's own polls after the debate. I'm probably wasting my breath, but shouldn't candidates make statements when this kind of media manipulation is so blatant?

I suppose they don't want the "sour grapes" label applied as well.

Which is the sick genius of establishment propaganda like this.

Press Release: Establishment Insider RINOs pick Romney.

A collection of RNC insiders, former Bush Administration officials and DC Lobbyists found Romney the clear winner in tonights debate.

And then list exactly who these voters are, and what their backgrounds are. A lot of people don't like those kind of people, and
we can use that to our advantage. No Washington DC establishment elite insiders chose Ron Paul.

Who cares about these polls. Turn the fucking TV off and reach out to the millions of perfectly reasonable but ignorant/apathetic people out there. Believe me, even though O'Reilly has a large audience, there is a huge base of Americans who agree with Ron Paul.

Just look at how many questions people sent in that were clearly directed towards Paul like ending the wars, private property rights, job creation, etc.

Ron Paul's message is gaining traction, folks. It's our job to reach out to everyone we know and educate them about the wisdom of individual liberty, free markets, sound money, and noninterventionist foreign policy.

Now is the best time to do it.

Disgusting.

I randomly researched a couple. One and he was appointed by Bush to some committee; big time establishment long timer. Same with the other. He was the chair of some Republican committee years ago.

I find it creepy how (THE?) Janet Napolitano was included? They got a hold of her for this poll? They have a working relationship with among the biggest statist of our time?

Was the question who do they think did the best? or who do they think resonated the best with America?

Secondly, in the inverse of this poll, Who they thought was the biggest loser, Ron had the lowest score @ 4% so that should really means he's "in the middle" according to the insiders.

gee Saul Anuzis is in that list.. for you newbies he was head of the michigan GOP and he had called for Ron Paul's ouster out of the GOP after the debacle with Rudy at the South Carolina debate...

He later reversed himself as support for Ron waxed... of course im sure it was just for the cameras..

Aristocracy at work. It appears that pretty well literally everyone included in that poll is a neoconservative lobbyist or former employee of Bush, Cheney, Giuliani, or someone of their ilk- and this is the poll that CNN uses as their authoritative standard on who "really" won the debate.

Screw sour grapes, this simple little 0% poll being displayed on multiple programs on CNN & FOX, is clear media manipulation. Unfortunately, I will be pissed off at the campaign if they stand there and say nothing!!!

National Review has always had a long-standing rivalry with the original conservative movement as currently represented by Ron Paul. Read any article by Murry Rothbard on Buckley's hijacking of the conservative movement in the 1950s to get a better understanding of why they support Statists.

Jan van Lohuizen is Mitch McConnell's pollster. He attacked Rand in the primary with fake polls.

the game is rigged

Yes, it is.

Would people continue playing ANY OTHER GAME by the rules, when they KNOW that the game is rigged -- and that there is lying and cheating GALORE, even beyond the rigging?

Yes, they surely would. They continue playing Monopoly with "bankers" who keep colored paper, scissors and a black Sharpie in their laps.
