Volume at Intrade is still too low for any of those charts to be meaningful.

Don't do it! I clicked on the GENBC link, so you don't have to. It starts out saying that no one benefits from Newt's implosion, then admits that to them Ron Paul is 'nobody' incarnate:

'Mr. Gingrich's very tough day -- chart above -- looks to have been very little help to anyone who's actually in the race. One exception: Ron Paul, who says the Republican Party is going his way, and who may have a point.'

Not much else there, except a weak attempt to sell 9iu11iani.

The one who most benefits is Rick Perry, who gains his campaign team.

Yeah, I posted this the other day with the charts in the thread. The visual is nice, but as noted, the trade is tiny.

That's fine. They seemed to be doing such a great job with ol Newt. Please sir can I have some more?

I wish what you are saying was true, but I believe it was Newt screwing it up. As for Perry, I don't think he is running. I think he is getting publicity to stroke his ego.

Good possibility but I wouldn't put it past him. He's a GWB clone down to the smallest level and probably thinks he can win by playing that part. Part of a campaign staffs job is to keep their candidate from saying stupid stuff. I sure hope they allow Perry to run his mouth as freely as they did Newt.
