No wonder that bike cop runs up on the videographer's car at gunpoint. They just videotaped a car getting shot up that appeared to be no direct harm to the cops. 4 bystanders were also hit by the gunfire. The videographer was detained for 6 hours and released. There's another thread on this incident here somewhere.

Here's another view of it from the top. When I saw it, I thought the same thing as far as them firing without a back stop and the large crowd behind them. If anyone still thinks police are civilians, they should see this video. Police are definitely military. Their goal was to kill people, and they simply didn't care if they killed innocent bystanders.

And with police like this my wife wonders why I want bullet proof glass and reinforced panels.

The news report are now claiming (after claiming no weapon found originally) that a gun was found in a "remote area" of the car. Sounds like a throwaway planting to justify what just happened. Ill move my comments to the other thread in place already.

Wow. Just wow. That is totally illegal. Even if their was a gun in the car, they can't fire. The suspect must show Opportunity, Intent and Capability. Also as another mentioned there must be a clear backdrop. The cops failed on multiple accounts and I hope to see an update in regards to their legal punishments and jail time.

Cops aren't bound by law, for the reason that they are peers of the prosecutors- they protect each other, and ordinary citizens are beaneath them both; therefore police are not held to the same legal standard as ordinary citizens.

I guess these Miami guys didn't learn anything from Tucson.

Yup, took them 2 days to "find" the gun in the car.
