Anyone have an old Directors count on YouTube with longer than 15min limit?

I need a longer YT account to put certain RP vids on. Does anyone have an old style directors account we can use?

I'm a partner and I believe I do not have a limit, but I cannot post anything I don't have the rights too, so it would have to be public domain stuff.

We need to be able to take a little more risk than that. MOX for example ONLY posts stuff that belongs to others, mostly news channels, and he has little to no problems.
