When 100 Million good and strong Americans buy Shoes and throw these shoes at Obama administration then USA economy or GDP will increase to the extent of the value of Shoes purchased.
If shoe costs $20 then 100,000,000 X 20 = $2 Billion increase for USA economy. Remember the "Shoe-Thrower" on Bush in Iraq.
