If the Police have probable cause to enter a home without permission of the one controlling the property, they ought to have to at least break down the door. It's the least barrier to privacy one could imagine. I would think on rare occasion, there might be reason to break down a door (to stop a murder in progress, for instance), but they should have to think twice before just being able to go and get a key.

They just say it's for emergencies. Next you'll have them checking for guns and drugs every day while you're out of the house if you're a RP supporter.

Why?

What is the reasoning behind this?

I'd like to see all the businesses shut down(if they could) until those people come back to sanity. It's ridiculous.

It makes no sense. If the building is burning down, why are the firemen going to take the time to unlock the door?

This is not about safety.

Fire Chief John Schilling said the most basic model costs about $250. But he said a commercial door can cost $2,000, and the lock box will keep the department from having to break such doors down to investigate an alarm. It also saves the fire department time in responding to calls.

Are you kidding me?

Their justification is that a commercial door costs $2,000. to replace if broken down in responding to a fire alarm?

So what if they tear down a $2,000. door.

What's the price of Freedom, sovereignty, the right to privacy?

Millions of people have given their lives, limbs, and fortunes over the course of human history in the pursuit of freedom, so I'd say they're PRICELESS.

And these idiots want us to give it all up for a $2,000. door?

Give me a break.

Throw the bums out!

And no, you don't have to wait until the next election.

RECALL THEM ALL NOW!!

And send a message to not only their replacements, but to all the other idiotic jokers sitting in elected positions they shouldn't be in.

This nonsense is getting out of control and it's up to We, The People to put an end to it.
