Yeah, this was a news story a few months (a year?) ago. They Dept. of Indoctrination bought a whole bunch of SWAT gear with Congressional funds for that purpose. I suspect that they think this kind of stuff is going to happen more often, and are trying to use intimidation to suppress it without violating Posse Comitatus
