Hey everyone. I'm working on a project and I'm compiling a list of unconstitutional acts and programs of the federal government. It should be a pretty easy list to compile and mine is pretty long already. I wanted to see what y'all could come up with. Anyone want to take a stab? Here's some of what I've got so far:

Patriot Act
Military Commissions Act
Warrantless wiretapping
Domestic spying program
Sanctioning of torture
TSA groping
Indefinite detention (can anyone say Bradley Manning?)
Excessive debts
Federal Reserve and the devaluation of our currency
Illegal wars (Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya)
Obamacare

So that's all I'm going to list. I don't want to take away from y'all. So what do you think? Got any more suggestions?

Let me help you out - it's called the CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) and looks something like this:

(but bigger...)

You don't want to be standing next to it during an earthquake.
