Joe Miller, former Republican U.S. Senate candidate, will hold a rally to launch a political action committee from 5-7 p.m. Friday at Pioneer Park in Fairbanks.
The Restoring Liberty Alaska PAC (http://restoringlibertyalaska.us/) aims to help elect state and local candidates who are “dedicated to the principles of limited government and free of corruption,” who support states’ rights and advocate “nullification of unconstitutional laws,” according to a promotional flier for the event. The PAC will oppose candidates “who reject an original construction of the U.S. Constitution.”
The PAC will also “work to restore vote integrity to Alaska elections.”
