I love it!
5 minutes of Ron Paul unleashing straight knowledge and honesty. You have to ask him, he knows better then everyone. There is nothing to snicker at, its not funny. Of course he is mainstream, its everyone else that is crazy! The recession and the wars prove him right. People can try and ignore him or write him off, but we have a true intellectual who actually understand and believes what he says.

Yeah, and I think the GOP is wrestling with the idea of giving him fair play, expecting him to lose the general if he takes the nomination, but hoping he will turn out the base for other candidates through volunteer enthusiasm etc. If the top of the ticket is weak it impacts everyone. We need to really mass at the events to show media people will turn out for him. I am specifically thinking of that 'first big rally' in Des Moines Iowa the campaign is putting on on June 25. They want people to attend and show support.

Mind you they are still hoping someone they like better will be the anti-Romney, but their standards for 'better' don't match the standards of the base.

Who is this cock sucker asking him about being mainstream? Joe Biden polled 1 fucking percent in Iowa and is now the vice president.

Altough already acknowledged, Ron Paul has really worked on his talking. Much easier to understand now than, say a year ago.

Great appearance, he sounded terrific.

Magnificent interview. It was one of those things where you listen to it and think "how can anyone possibly disagree with what he's saying?"

I can't believe Joe Kernan just played the "mainstream" card. I like him a lot, but that was incredibly disappointing.

A lot of people seem to be a little upset over on of the hosts asking about Ron being mainstream. A lot of people, of course liberals makes up a good chunk of them, believe that Ron is a crazy radical that has zero chance of becoming president. Ron answered that question quite well, I always like it when people ask Ron about seemingly negative things. Remember the electability question during the 2008 debates? He turned that around and now it's one of the most famous clips of Ron Paul. Interview was good and I am really happy to hear that the movement has grown so much, though I personally don't see it with the people around me.

I'm glad about the "mainstream" bit. It allowed Ron to address and educate the viewers who actually did doubt his mainstream appeal, and he did so very well.

EXACTLY! Only problem is people won't take the time to listen - we have become a society of clever and entertaining soundbytes.
