Can C4L Run Attack Ads and Direct Mail In 2012 Cycle?

Will C4l be able to run attack ads and go negative with direct mail during the presidential primary? I know they cant ENDORSE a candidate but can they send direct mail showing everyones voting record, or even running a TV ad against one particular candidate?

If so, this could be very beneficial to the actual conservative candidate in the race.

They can show who supports particular positions, yes. (Remember their CO ad buys?)

That being said, I suspect they'll be cautious with all the interest the FEC has shown in the past.
