We need to expand and spread the word instead of staying on this website all the time. Anyone have any good forums where I can talk to people and spread the word about Ron Paul

Problem is...a lot of the forums don't let you obviously advertise like that if you're a new member.

I went to Alexa and looked up the most popular forums in the top 500 and found stuff like a guitar forum and a language forum, but my threads quickly got deleted. I think we should go and spend an hour or two spread out over a month building up a few posts, then hit a Ron Paul thread.

I like the mall forum. Also the church forum. Sometimes the family get together forum.

There is always the telephone forum. And the local GOP chapter forum. Of course the road side forum is pretty popular with the grassroots. :)

I would go to internet ecommerce forums, domain name forums, bike forums for the Ron Paul riders, Ski forums, and financial forums.

Did you see Strategy #4 at www.RonPaulsRebels.com

I don't think a forum moderator would delete your posts if you use the strategy listed there!

Very very large forum. They have private political forums on there that are only visible to people that either have been a member for like 30 days I think, or donate $10 to the site to start off and get a premium account (it's not a donation, you use the $10 to buy "points" on your account which are used to buy things on the site and stuff).

There's a big Ron Paul following brewing there. But they are having trouble trying to convince a lot of the neo-cons and socialists on the site that Ron Paul is a viable candidate. Maybe a few of us should pony up the $10 and help them convince the neocons and socialists that Ron Paul is the champion of the constitution.

i don't know if a lot of you misunderstand a lot of online communities...but if you go in and register and do nothing but post RP stuff...it will only piss people off. i know because i post on a forum mentioned earlier in this thread and the best way to make everyone angry at you is to start posting as a :2007:

This is where geeks congregate. Lots of libertarian types there, and I have already seen several Ron Paul mentions in the comments. But there could be more. :-)

Just need to emphasize that Ron Paul would be hands-off the internet, and voted against the Patriot Act. I'm not sure of his stance on the DMCA, but if he's against it, that would be a giant seller also.

I would recommend looking through collegiate sports forums...especially those similar to www.woopig.net and www.hogville.net (although I prefer the former over the latter).

Some of these websites have Political forums in addition to the traditional discussions on whatever team is being discussed.

Advice for forums:
1. Contribute - regardless what you say, stay on topic - let other forum vets sway a conversation off course.
2. Add RP to your signature - The absolute best way you can advertise RP. Forum admins (myself included) mostly allow ads in their signatures as incentives. :)
3. See #1.

Walk out your front door.

So simple, so true.

Internet forums are a fine way to engage with other supporters, but that's it. Everyone should be trying to get out and distribute slim jims at least 1 day a week from here on out.
