Yes I believe that Cain will drop out and endorse Romney, or Romney will drop out and endorse Cain. It's probably the former. After all Cain supported Romney in 2008.

Yup, that is my guess as well. After all, Cain did endorse Romney in 2008. Cain/Romney would be a neocon's wet dream.
