Just wondering... does anyone know dr pauls take on capital punishment?

i would assume he is against it...
but i would also assume he might leave it up to the state.
does anyone know?

He is personally against it. He said he would vote against it in any legislative body he was in. The states would have the authority to implement capital punishment in a Paul presidency.

And I suppose the Supreme Court still would have the authority to decide whether or not it is cruel and unusual punishment.
