In the state of Texas, flags of Mexico are allowed to be displayed equal to and at the same height on the same level right next to flags of the United States and Texas. As Mexico is a tyranny, this is a delusion. In other words, in order to rightfully display Mexico symbolically one must use three flags. One flag is only allowed to be used by the President and his or her immediate secretaries, another is only allowed to be used by an aristocracy immediatly below them, and a third is used by the rest of the commoners in the nation with this being the one flown mostly in the United States.
I figure this is useful information.
Especially since the worst tyranny of potential terrorists exists south of the border of the People of the fifty United States while the Federal Washingtonians, the necessary tyranny ruling over us, continue sending soldiers half way around the world to fight tyranny and terrorism.

Revise, rewrite, and bump
If it is true that unenforceable laws exist, it is also true that some customs have the power of law. In Texas, a lawful custom we share in our hearts is that the Texas flag has the same importance as the United States flag and should be allowed to be flown next to it on the same level. See, what makes the Texas flag submissive to the United States flag is its one star to the greater fifty while the stripes on both flags should disappear some day as they have no significance other than being a past tradition of legal precedence.
The flags of the other forty-nine flags should be flown beneath the United States flag as they exhibit no such symbol of submission. I'm saying they "should" choose to do so. The point is the Civil Purpose of the people which are represented by the stars versus the legal precedence of tyranny which is represented by the stripes and all other colors, symbols, and representations.
