It appears the Senate is going to be able to push this through, but after they are down they still have to send it back to the house to be voted upon.

With that in mind, it is time for the 2nd wave. Contact your house member and let them know you want them to vote NO on the patriot act.

Just got off the phone with Pallone's office.. Staffer said he would be voting AGAINST the Patriot Act... Fantastic.. And the staffer was feeling good about being able to tell me that so he seemed to agree with it as well.

Said he voted against it last time (he did which surprised the heck out of me) But I just wanted to be sure.
