2. Wyden sounds like daffy duck and it makes it hard to listen to him.
3. Wyden is a wimp and is giving in; because he is being promised reforms later.....yeah right.

Wyden just took back the Wyden/Udall amendment because he was promised an opportunity later to discuss and offer it. No real date, just an empty promise.

They already voted and invoked cloture this morning. it passed, but by less numbers this time. so now IIUC, there can be up to 30 hours of debate if Rand forces the issue.
