I assume you could easily remove it, or get a black market mechanic to remove it ?

They will probably make a law saying that it would be illegal to remove it. Or the insurance companies might refuse to insure you if you don't have it installed.

However, this is something I will not tolerate. I will never have a black box in any vehicle of mine.
