How exactly does volunteering over the web work?

Is it just making calls to people who live in Iowa? What exactly do you say to those people when you call them?

I only tried this once during the John Dennis campaign and they had a script for you to read. Is this the same thing?

I wouldn't mind doing this when I have spare time...

They can't do one without us. The early stuff, getting people out for straw polls etc is like GOTV it needs bodies. There is effort, we know from every time we try to discuss doing something and the campaign says 'we're already on that'.

Yes you are talking to prospective Iowan voters.

It gives you a number to call and a script. You record their responses after the conversation.
