The author's quite young, and has been engaged by the Washington Post specifically to report on blogging, etc. for the campaigns, so it wouldn't surprise me if he was already hip to the idea of RP. He could be a very good man on the inside of one of the premier MSM outlets. I think a bit of encouragement at this point wouldn't go astray. Particularly after the comment from the WP lady the other day on the Tucker show. They love the spike in the web-hits, so we could be seeing them change their tune for no other reason than they want the dollars that it brings in to them.

Mind you, nothing sells papers like war, so they won't want him *in*, strategically. But perhaps they'll pander to him for a while, while they have the expectation that he won't win. We can leverage that.
