Ten days after announcing that he’s in the race, Ron Paul announced that he will hold a press conference Monday at 1:30 at his Iowa campaign headquarters to announce his first Iowa legislative endorsement.

The campaign's first big media test. Hope they pass with flying colors. Based on what the guy introducing Ron said in the beginning of the Exeter rally, if anyone has to log online to find out what happened at the press conference, they fail.

This has the potential to steal the thunder of all the lower tier announcements. I have no clue who this could be.

Somebody is endorsing Ron, correct?

Or is Ron just endorsing somebody else?

I read that as Ron will be announcing who HE is endorsing for a seat in Iowa's legislature....maybe I am wrong.

Or that someone from the Iowa legislature is endorsing him. Not sure.

Sounds like both, he is announcing district and precinct leaders, and he is being endorsed by an Iowa legislator

I'm not expecting something huge, he just wants to be in the media cycle. Pawlenty is announcing, Daniels just opted out, and Cain just did what he did..... So Ron wants to get back into the news cycle.

not to hijack, but what did Cain do?

Declared his candidacy then went on Fox news Sunday and made it clear he had no clue about foreign policy and said he didn't have a policy on war on terror and would wait to formulate one until after he was elected.

Ah ok, thanks I did not know he officially announced. LMAO, I love a president that freestyles his policies.

I don't expect something huge. Potentially good news for people in Iowa, but nationally this won't do much.
