The Secret Service has questioned a 13-year-old boy over Facebook status

Fox News reports that Vito LaPinta of Tacoma, Washington posted an update following news reports of bin Laden’s death warning President Obama to watch out for suicide attacks.


“He told me it was because of a post I made that indicated I was a threat toward the president,” said LaPinta according to Fox News.

The Fox anchors were chattering about how shocked they were that the boy's mother wasn't notified. They thought the government school should have refused to give the government agents access to the boy.

Besides the obvious "like that's gonna happen," they seem to forget that their beloved Patriot Act meant the school couldn't do that even if they wanted to.
