He's no congressman :o.

I was thinking... "Wow, I can't believe Badnarik got into congress somehow" and "Why didn't I hear about that?" In any case, nice to know we have another strong endorsement... its one of our first.

If Badnarik is a Congressman, how come a Bill hasn't been submitted yet to blow up the UN building and confine violent criminals to their beds? :D

And FYI, Badnarik took 4.3% of the vote in his run for Congress, which is nothing to sneeze at, at least by LP standards.

Hey Brandon, you've figured out I was being as rude, annoying and extreme as possible on the other thread to make the point acting that way is counter-productive, right? Oh, and the "Hank" guy is a troll who had been banned previously for the same reasons, I'm told.

While I do think Badnarik was a joke candidate (the "self-taught" legal "scholar" and all), the "delusional" was referencing jokingly that now he thinks he's a congressman. ;)

Badnarik polled just under 400,000 popular votes nationwide, in the November 2, 2004 election

Those should be Ron Paul Votes now huh?

His Constitution class is good IMO everyone should watch it.

What did Badnarik get wrong? Seems to me his economic views are the same as Paul's for the most part.

I'll second that. It was quite eye opening.

Badnarik got 4% with $400,000. His official title is "' 3rd Place Congressional Candidate, 4th Place POTUS Candidate and former state level candidate."

It is when you consider he or any other candidate would have done around the same or not much worse without the high paid consultants with secret plans, previous POTUS run, and all the trips to Outback. There were LP Congressional candidates in Texas who did around the same with "paper" campaigns.

What's wrong with people self-taught  on subjects like law and history there isn't much subsitute for simply being the most well read. The dude seems to know his stuff and he's a compelling speaker, makes his points well gives good analogies etc.

I'm new to the guy so what is it he's said that you disagree with so much about? I noticed you slightly dissed him in the other thread about him and I'm curious.

:)
