Actually, yes. I think I've come up with just about all the rest (hopefully): borrowing a hat (close enough) and Alice Cooper wig from one of my tenants, have black clothes, etc.

My almost-13 year old is going to be V this year too. He's all about the daggers.

He! We got them from Amazon.com, but that's probably a little late for you. The costume shop I went to today had a V costume, but I didn't notice that belt separate. (We were looking for something else....not on a V mission.)

You could get any plastic daggers, and fashion a belt out of a long strip of fabric with some slits cut in it. 3 on each side. Cut 2 slits for each dagger, so the blade goes in the upper slit then back out a lower slit.
