Nice video. Is that you? If so, right on with a lot of your points. :)

If you make another video you should talk about Ron Paul's drug legalization stance.
Drugs and gangs are huge plague on inner cities neighborhoods and hurt a lot of black people.
The war on drugs wastes so much money and hurts so many people over this country and Ron is the only one who wants to do anything about it.
Black people are dis-proportionally effected by it and the jails are filled with people who are locked up because of drugs.

Keep up the good work.

If that's you great video! I'd also recommend letting everyone in your community know that Ron Paul will pardon all non-violent Federal drug inmates.

Supporters of Congressman Paul, such as the one in the OP's video, illustrate, once again, that Dr. Paul is not racist. People connect with him because of his philosophy, and it transcends racial bigotry.

It doesn't really prove that he's not a racist, though it does make a valid counter for the argument that just because some racists support Paul, Paul must be a racist.

[Osama bin Laden] didn't get no just cause; we didn't bring him in and read him his rights! We went to go kill him, and now we gonna try to prosecute Qaddafi over war crimes when we just committed one, because we went to somebody else's country without asking them to kill somebody?

+10 billion.

Slammed. Holy shit, this just got me going.

This was awesome. Thank you to the original author, whoever you are. I loved your analogy about the "special deal" on the street. Haha. No such thing. No such thing as a free lunch. There is a cost. There is a cost to healthcare for everyone. There is a cost to printing money. There is a cost to starting all these wars and overthrowing dictators. There are costs. There are consequences to our actions. Common sense. Thanks again. Great video, I hope it goes viral! Very hilarious and entertaining too.

Nice!!!

One can't help but notice and admire the diversity of the Ron Paul community. Folks of all backgrounds and walks of life united under a simple idea...it's a beautiful thing.

That one does. It's a good video, I saw it earlier. I just don't like collectivism. People are individuals. :p

Wouldn't it be more aptly titled, "An African American supports Ron Paul"?

I don't see why his race really matters.

Man, it's just some dude. If we spread this video around it doesn't help us, it just makes us look desperate. Kind of like Stephen Colbert and his black friend:

If there ever was a good talking point to promoting Ron Paul, it is that his ideas and vision appeals to younger people, people of color, and many libertarians in the Democratic party. And as we can see in this video, Obama supporters are waking up to the fact that Obama lied to them. Black Americans are in much worse shape than they were 2 and 1/2 years ago. The Ron Paul movement has real potential to exploding off the charts.

Of course it matters! There has been an onslaught of negative propaganda against the relationship between older republican white men and blacks. It's so refreshing to see a young and intelligent black man who, after weighing facts and researching deeper into the issues, feels comfortable and confident endorsing Ron Paul.

D.L. Hughley had been led to believe lies as well, but listened to Ron Paul and recognized the truth in his words.

Race matters to a lot of people. If ronpaulraps wants to take Ron Paul's message to the black community from a black perspective, I'm all for it. He's got it down.

Straight up dawg... freedom rules. You gotta give it to this dude, he puts it into words and speaks from his heart in a manor I'm pretty sure you won't see from Ron Paul! I hope you drops the black front at some point, we're all the same on the inside.

we need to get this kid to do a ton more of these types of videos... I think people forget that Martin Luther King Jr. was a conservative in the true sense of the word. He didn't want the black community to be treated special or different because he knew that if they were treated differently they would give up the rights he was fighting so much for. You can hear the sincerity in this kids voice!!!

If we are going to be in the business of deliberately catering to specific ethnic groups, I think we would statistically be better off targeting Hispanics and Muslim Americans. Hispanics more specifically on Ron Paul's pro-immigrant/pro-free market message to the Hispanics in regards to border issues and Ron Paul's anti-war, anti-Israeli aid, and pro civil liberties stance to Muslim Americans. These groups also have a statistical and historical tendency to lean conservative in elections(more particularly Muslims, prior to the Bush Administration), whereas I think blacks have a big government plantation mentality that drives them to support big government candidates. I hope that can be reversed, just don't see it happening though. I would rather Ron Paul not run such a campaign, and run a unique campaign based on catering to individual freedom and individual worth rather than pandering to voting blocs. In his Book, "Liberty Defined", he talks about how this pandering actually demeans and degrades individuals and their racial group.
