Hi RPF Members, I hope everyone brainstorms for this thread. I think the grassroots can make some good radio ads for Iowa! They can focus on the issues, registering republican and getting involved with the GOP! I really do not think we have to go after a candidate since they all all the same except for Ron and Gary!!!

I would like input from rpf members and hopefully some Iowa residents.

I have an example of radio ads i made for the Colorado mtns here!! 2nd link on thread http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?40114-MP3-RADIO-AD-for-Colorado-Mtns-please-LISTEN-amp-DONATE-pretty-please obviously not directed at iowans but you get the idea!!

We can make as many ads as we want and the radio stations will produce them! 30/60 second ads! I feel like we can produce 2-4 ads for our purpose! We need one Iowan or a group to represent these ads. I am looking for full input from rpf members!!!! Ad cost can range from 6-dollars to 30 dollars depending on how much we buy for ad time per stations!!!!!

I have not made a chipin yet for these ad buys, but have heard interest from several rpf'ers:)

PS no religion references!!

if you have an idea or something you want me to add to the op please let me know

Paul/Johnson 2012 Bring Our Troops home!!!!!!

First goal, turn this quote into a 30/60 second commercial

Maybe we should look at Iowa polls and see what polled the highest in concerns among typical Republican Iowans. Then do a Ron Paul spin on that topic.

I found this.

In a Gallup Poll released Friday, 36 percent of Republicans and Republican-leaning independents said business and the economy were the most important political issues to them, up from 32 percent in March and nearly matching the 37 percent who rated government spending and power as their most important. Fifteen percent chose social issues and moral values. The poll was conducted April 15-20.

Who's the audience?

Check out this list of stations:

http://www.ontheradio.net/states/iowa.aspx

It looks like the vast majority are college radio stations.

They generally don't accept advertizing, but usually do PSA's. What if we did some PSA's for YAL, the straw poll and studentsforronpaul? If we acted fast, we could really swell our ranks.

This is data from 2007 but might be a good starting point:

Also, there's the entrance polls from the 2008 Iowa primary:

Told i have a great on-air voice but i am not sure radio is ready for DJ KBK
I dj private parties and clubs !! I am not status quo for the radio ,plus i have a full time job i cannot afford to quit! I would have a music and liberty infused show! I can only take talk radio for so long!! A nice mesh of music and liberty would be my flow!!

those college stations should be used for sure. Liberty Lovers should be calling those dj's and sending some pizza. Hell ron paul supporters should know them;) take them on a safety break!! ps i remember running a college radio station several times and i didn't go to that college;) It was college students and friends of students!

I found this.

I found this in another thread! If we can figure out how to make this a 60 second commercial we could cover those 15% in your post;)

I would say that the focus should be on the economy. i know that in '08 terrorism and FP was a big issue, but A. its not a winning issue for us to bring up in the primary and B. The economy is the big issue now, and '08 polls are worthless

I'm in NY but I'd be willing to donate money for this. We need to focus lots of attention on Iowa.
