I really don't know why Rand chose to go this route since he still advocates Gitmo's existence (there's some serious philosophical disconnect there), but for Reason to piss in their underpants and decline to support a position that is logically sound is the epitome of cowardice.

Matt Welch = King of Self-Discreditation. How many more times is this guy going to put down people for holding his beliefs? He is trying WAY to hard to be a liberal intellectual. He sounds like a generic modern liberal in the way he writes, the way he speaks, and even the way he dresses and presents himself. i bet he owns a Mac. Not that that is a bad thing, but it fits his yuppie liberal presentation.

Alright, that was a bit harsh. But I'm sick of the anti-Paul stuff from Reason and Welch in particular. Poor Matt (middle to upper class actually) is probably a pretty good guy. And he is obviously rather intelligent.
