They don't want people to know the video exists because they know a Freedom of Information of Act can get it in a court of law, but Panetta may not have been lying as they may have already destroyed the videos. Kill only missions violate rules of engagement and laws of war especially when Obama campaign against such things.

On GMA,it said he was spotted on a landing and they then followed him into a bedroom and had to pull the wives and children away before shooting him (I think I remember correctly),once in the chest and once in the head.

the two bullets have alternated between chest and head or
the two shots to the head. possibly a bullet from behind and a
shot to the chest is not ruled out at all, if Drudge is onto something.
