In a huge positive development, Linda Muller, the lady who ran Pat Buchanan's website through two presidential campaigns, and is currently running the buchanan.org website, has posted the "Ron Paul: A New Hope" video on the Pat Buchanan website. This is an open and strong endorsement for Ron Paul for president.

This is good, but we still have a long way to go.

We might win one or two states, but how many states can we win on Feb 5, where 22 plus states will hold an election.

Here is a guide to the schedule.

About

Welcome back, Brigaders and friends, to Buchanan.org.

Linda Muller, the lady who introduced me to the web back in 1995, and ran the Buchanan Brigade website in two presidential campaigns, has restarted Buchanan.org for a new campaign. Only this one is not to launch a presidential candidacy, but my book...

All that being said, I think it would be premature to say Buchanan has explicitly endorsed Ron Paul. I think this is a good indicator, but I'd like to see something with his name one it.

Well I have seen videos of him speaking for Ron Paul.
It was his face, his mouth was moving and sound was coming out, and it was positive.
Nothing with writing and a signature though.

The campaign might consider how Pat Buchanan won New Hampshire, if cheesy tv ads were part of winning.

Oh, I know he's said good things about him. In an e-mail response to a comment I sent him about this article (http://www.townhall.com/columnists/PatrickJBuchanan/2007/09/14/stopping_the_next_war) he said "Ron Paul is a good man and a friend."

What I want is for him to come right out and say "I endorse Ron Paul for President." I don't doubt he'd do it after Ron Paul gets the Republican nomination, but I really wish he'd say it before that.

This is great news! Almost as good as an endorsement in some ways, but still quite a long ways from it.

Have you guys seen the great article Pat wrote about the campaign? Its incredible, and I'm not even that fond of Pat.

Here's the grand finale:

A Giuliani presidency would represent the return and final triumph of the Republicanism that conservatives went into politics to purge from power. A Giuliani presidency would represent repudiation by the party of the moral, social and cultural content that, with anti-communism, once separated it from liberal Democrats and defined it as an institution.

Notice how the Ron Paul vid was not posted by him. Pat likes his job at MSnbc (is that where he works?) I think he is doing everything he can do to support Ron Paul without saying his name. Sometimes the message comes before the messenger, this is one of those cases.

Wow. That powerful bit of writing from Buchanan has more poignant truth in one sentence than anything else I've heard from the media. The sad truth is Hillary will most likely beat him anyway. Selling your soul for riches is bad enough. Selling it for loss makes absolutely no sense.
