I have heard that the Rich/Wealthy use tax loopholes/offshore bank accounts they have the Lawyers and the Lobbyists my question is how does work do they just move their profits offshore or do they lobby do they have to move their profits to a nation/country where there are low taxes or no taxes or does this even matter I ask this question because the Democrats/Liberals always talk about how high the tax rates were in the 1930's 40's and 50's 60's and in the 1970's I just want to know if the Rich really paid that rate or not ?

Tell him that the federal, state, and local governments all collected less in revenue in 30s-70s time frame then they have since the 80s. Spending is significantly higher now as well.

I would also want to know why repeating the 30s, 40s, or 70s would be a good thing...
