Ron Paul clip on CONAN. Is this good or bad coverage?

Conan commented on how some people said that the FOX debate was boring. On Conan they manipulated clips like late night shows always do, but they showed Paul's response to the crowd applauding liberty (regarding heroin) regarding support of prostitution and pot. It seems to me that it gives him a 'crazy' look.

Well first it is just comedy, most of Conan's viewership are typically generalized as stoners anyway. Out of the many years I've been watching Conan, I've never seen him get political.
