I had the chance to listen to Michael on my way into town on Fox radio, and the host was quite upset when Mike explained that it's pretty irrelevant because al-Qaeda will always recruit faster than we can kill so long as we have presence in the middle east.

Yeah, he was definitely talking about Pakistan's military taking over political control, as it was under Qureshi or Musharraf.
