Not much to see here, just a bearded man watching tv. They say its OBL, but it doesn't really look like him to me. Unless he gained some weight in the face area. But then again you just see him from the side. After seeing thousands of Afghani's face to face I can tell you some of them look nearly exactly the same. (Although I believe OBL is Saudi)
