It is an outright lie that Ron Paul "brought up the legalization of heroin," and thoroughly misleading to say that he subsequently asked "who would use heroin if it was legal?" to thunderous applause in a manner which makes it sound as though he was encouraging heroin use and his supporters were cheering the idea.
