Texas State Representative David Simpson speaks at Nullify Now! Austin on April 16th, 2011. The Nullify Now! (http://www.nullifynow.com/) event was sponsored by The Foundation for a Free Society (http://www.f4fs.org/) and the Tenth Amendment Center (http://www.tenthamendmentcenter.com/).
Simpson is the lead sponsor of two bills in the Texas legislature to nullify the TSA – HB1937 (http://blog.tenthamendmentcenter.com/2011/03/texas-legislation-proposes-felony-charges-for-tsa-agents/) would ban groping in violation of the 4th Amendment (all of it), and HB1938 which would ban TSA scanners from all Texas airports. HB1937 has already been passed out of committee, unanimously.
