Banks should be considered part of the government. First off, they close on the same days as the government. Second, they always get bailed out by the government.
So, as we should utilize every political form of government in our Lord's endeavor to make our nation happier, we should implement social means (communism) to limit the amount of compensation that bank employees receive to three set wage scales:
Laborers (Janitors): $24,000
Middle management: $34,000
Higher management: $39,000
The wages of the laborers and higher management would switch off every three months. So, in actuality, the highest paid employees are the middle managers.
Look, I don't want to hear it! Even if these low paid employees were born blind, had a first grade education, and had the culture of baboons, they couldn't screw things up any worse off than things are today.
In regards to stock holders? Well, take the money saved from the lower wages and the billions that would have been paid in bonuses and use that to buy the banks away from them. Then just add all the banks to the FED.
You see, we shouldn't ever just do away with socialism as sometimes it might be a useful political means in our quest to be happy.
