OBL will not be the deciding factor while the economy continues to decline. Dead cat bounce is all he'll get. The people are sick of wars, and now that Public Enemy Number 1 is dead, the people will want them over even faster, and for candidates to focus on the economy. Paul will tie them together, unlike the rest. It's win-win for Paul.
