View Full Version : Remember the $25 million bounty on Osama? We spent that much every 2 hours on the wars.

There were about 84,500 hours (http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=hours%20between%209/11/2001%20and%205/1/2011) between 2001-09-11 and 2011-05-01. If we spent $1 trillion on the wars, that's almost $12 million per hour.

$25 million bounty (http://www.fbi.gov/wanted/wanted_terrorists/usama-bin-laden) on the FBI page.

We could have doubled the bounty every 7 months and still come out ahead.

(If killing the boogeyman was indeed our goal.)

Marque and Reprisal would've been better.

Lol, perfect idea for a political comic

Obama standing with an informant and holding a check. "Well, here you go, 25 million dollars. Can you wait on cashing that though? I need to raise the debt limit first."

Hell, we could have offered a $1 billion bounty and come off ahead.
