Sorry but Libya is Obama's policy, It is a war that has even less to do with US security than afganistan or Iraq and always without any aproval of congress. This is a continuation of Clintons policy. Bosnia, Kosovo and haiti all started without any threat to the US and without ANY vote from congress.
